Reverse tabulate
----------------

 rtab  varname [if] [in] [, SEParator(int 0) *]

Description
-----------

rtab tabulates values from highest to lowest while the
     cumulative percent begins with the lowest value.  Thus
     the cumulative percents can be interpreted as 
     percentiles.

Example
-------

 . rtab write
 . rtab write, sep(10) nolabel
