You can download the data files, programs, and output by clicking on https://stats.idre.ucla.edu/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/LCM.zip (this file can be unzipped using a number of programs, including Winzip available from www.winzip.com). Assuming that you unzip this file to c: it will create a folder c:lcm and all of the contents will be stored within that folder, and you will find a file named c:lcmRead Me.doc which describes more about the programs, data and output provided in the .zip file. There is a folder for each chapter which contains its own Read MeX.doc (where X is the chapter number). That file provides a legend, for each example, showing the packages for which the example has been solved. For each package, the data file, program file, and output file is listed out to help you find the relevant files so you can solve these examples for yourself.
