Please note that you may have to edit the style to be consistent with the periodical to which you are submitting.
Here is an example citation for a page with no author listed.
Introduction to SAS. UCLA: Statistical Consulting Group.

Here is a citation for a Stata program written by Joe Bruin. Note that the names have been changed to protect the innocent. Substitute the person’s name, program name and program description as needed.
