Before beginning the seminar, please make sure you have R and RStudio installed.
Please also make sure to have the following R packages installed, and if not, run these commands in R (RStudio).
install.packages(c("dagitty", "ggdag", "tidyverse", "gridExtra", "patchwork"), dependencies=TRUE)
You can download the seminar slides here.
- To download with all images, open the presentation (by left-clicking), then right-click in the presentation, select “Save As”.
- To save as a .pdf, right-click and select “Print”
